What I'm Doing Now

I’m in Warsaw, Poland, trying to lead a creative, disciplined, and exciting life. I spend a large fraction of my time at work, expanding my knowledge and solving interesting software engineering problems at ByteDance.

Outside work, these are the goals I’m working towards at the moment:

  • Learning Mandarin Chinese. Currently working through the last chapters of volume 1 of the Course in Contemporary Chinese (當代中文課程).
  • Improving my Polish, with the goal of reaching level C1.
  • Climbing, ice-skating, working out, and generally trying to be active on a daily basis.

This is a “now” page following the principles set out by Derek Sivers here. It acts both as public declaration of what I’m focused on at this point in my life, as well as a personal reminder of my current priorities.
